Teas and Blends
Babington’s list of teas and blends is the result of a continuous and attentive tasting process which takes into account the flavour, the aroma and the appearance of the leaves before, during and after infusion. Our dedication to the tea-tasting and selection process means that our clients always have the best quality teas and exclusive blends made for Babington’s that the market has to offer. Our clients can purchase a range of teas from the secret gardens of China, from the misty mountains of the Darjeeling and Assam regions of India, from Japan and from Formosa where the famous Oolong teas, strong but low in caffeine, are grown.

Goodies
To accompany the tea selection, Babington’s Tea Shop offers a variety of homemade jams and chutneys, delicious honeys from New Zealand, decorated or aromatized sugars, homemade fudge and chocolates.
A variety of biscuits and cakes may be purchased at Babington’s. To prepare our famous cakes and pastries we use the best ingredients following many of Miss Babington’s original recipes.

Tea Pots, Cups and Accessories
There are many ways of making a good cup of tea, but having the right tea ware is essential. Babington’s offers a range of silver or porcelain teapots, hot water jugs, strainers and other items, some specially designed with our famous black cat with the white-tipped tail. So that our dedicated followers can take a piece of Babington’s home with them.

Breakfasts, Luncheons, High Teas and Brunches
A range of sweet and savoury specialties enrich Babington’s selection of breakfast, brunch and main courses: from curried chicken served with our home made chutney to pilaf rice served with a spicy crab sauce, to light snacks such as club sandwiches with smoked salmon or roast chicken and bacon to a variety of salads all served with home made vinaigrettes and mayonnaise.

All dishes are prepared using the finest ingredients, such as olive oil from prize winning regions of Tuscany to our eggs which are all organic. Our cakes, breads and pastries are all home made every morning following the original Babington’s recipes. All this to give our customers the best.
